Heal For Love
A process-oriented journey for becoming available for a healthy relationship
We all want to be loved.
But sometimes, we may find love elusive, difficult, chaotic, triggering or just out of our reach.
This is because the journey to love will always bring up our unprocessed childhood wounds.
If we haven’t made space to process them, we will find ourselves repeating unconscious
patterns, sabotaging, blocking, creating unmeetable expectations, or pushing love away all
together.
Healing asks us to do the deep healing work of processing the past to become available to
rewrite our relational future… to become available to give and receive healthy love.
In addition, this process asks us to unpack our cultural conditioning about what love, and
relationships look like and inquire… what do I really want to co-create with my future loved
one?
‘Heal for Love’ is a process-oriented journey to help you look at:
Where and how did I learn to love?
How do I experience intimacy?
What are my protective patterns that keep love out?
What are my core triggers that tend to come up when dating or right after commitment?
How do I best receive love and how do I best give love?
What are the ‘types’ of lovers or partners that I typically choose, that may not really be a good fit for me?
What are my core relational needs?
What kind of structure do I want to build to create the kind of love I crave?
You’ll work with seasoned relationship and culture Natalia Rachel to slowly reveal your ‘map for love’ and begin to rewire yourself for healthy life-giving reciprocal connection.
This journey is best suited to people who are either dating/looking for love or in a committed relationship where there is an expressed welcoming for personal and shared change.
Natalia also works with clients who are engaging with a matchmaker service as a complimentary experience that will empower you to make the most of your search for love.
